Fitness that Fits Warm up

  Here I am with the owner of Fitness that Fits, Nadia and another fitness instructor, Christine. We led a warm up for all of the walkers in a charity event. During rehearsal, Laila was copying our moves.

 Reid made us so proud, with his tricycle riding. He 'received' a ribbon for being the 1st Place Tricycle rider. A police officer congratulated him on his excellent riding skills. Jeff and the kids waited for me for an hour and a half in the park before this walk started.

Here is Laila doing her patented squat up and down dance. She ran around like an animal. Jeff did a lot of chasing.
