Thumbs up from Laila!
He spent the morning putting on his uniform clothes saying, "Is it time for school yet?"
He is very proud of his Green Lantern school bag and at pick up told me that he saw lots of very cool backpacks.
Laila was very sad to see Reid go. She had a tough afternoon and all day Friday without him. Jeff was lucky to have the day off so we could all walk him to school together.
At 3:30 the teacher asked me to come in, she wanted to talk to me. I thought, "oh no." Instead of giving me bad news like he cried the whole time or that he got in a fight she hugged me. She thanked me for such a sweet heart. Apparently, he said "hello Mrs. Turczyn." and was very kind to other kids and showed some amazing manners! Jeff and I are so proud and relieved! On Friday he said that he had even more fun than the day before.
