Here is a craft that I made for Max's first birthday. It was inspired by a Scandinavian minimalist sheep mobile I saw in a magazine that someone had paid $75 for! I figured I could make it myself. I sewed felt together inside out making sure that the heads, legs and tails were inside. When I flipped the shapes outside in, all of the seams were hidden and the sheep looked like one solid piece. I wrapped wire with ribbon and then sewed the ribbons in place that gave it length. Not exactly Martha Stewart quality, but it was fun and it will hopefully help Max sleep.
