Vancouver's Stanley Park

After we crossed the suspension bridge, Tracy and Dave took us to Whole Foods. Gorgeous store, but we bought very little and payed quite a lot for that lunch. We drove down to Stanley Park and had a picnic. Here Reid is ecstatic because there was an 8 year old boy who was balancing on the back of the benches and then jumping down onto the grass. He was screaming with joy, because it's his life long dream to be able to jump. The jumping combined with the older boy made Reid run around in a frenzy. He also scraped the boy's face when he did a hand stand with a fork. Oops. The weather was perfect that afternoon so we stayed on that grass and enjoyed watching the sea planes take off right in front of us, the people ride by and the boats zoom past. The stunning view and the great company made it a perfect afternoon.
