What a perfect day it was yesterday! We were so lucky to spend the day with my beautiful friend Cheryl and her little sweetheart Max. First, we went to Riverdale Farm and saw the animals. We laughed when Reid ran into a barn, saw rabbits and exclaimed, "Oh! Look! They're so cute!" The boys sweat like crazy, running from one barn to the next. They pushed their cars around the benches of the picnic tables while making vrooming sounds. Next, we played at Trinity Bellwoods park. Everyone else also decided to take their kids out yesterday making for a very busy playground. The highlight for me was when some uppity mom told us that she didn't feed her son donuts. Reid was stuffing his face with a vanilla donut full of sprinkles, while her son stared at him longingly. Poor depraved little boy. I also enjoyed when the boys pretended to have a store and were selling me apples and french fries (gasp!). Not that Reid knows what french fries are!
